Steps to Eating Healthy

Here are some steps you can take right away to eat healthy:

Journal Write down everything you eat or drink

Plan Think about what you will eat before you are hungry.

Prepare Have a snack like nuts, fruit, or veggies handy when you are hungry

Hydrate Drink 64 ounces of water per day

Eat Eat more fruits and vegetables every day. Make half your plate fruits and vegetables. (add more each time you eat.)
